Class Act Reunions provides complete reunion services to High School Reunion Committees. Our job is to make your job easier. We do all the work, you take all the credit!

 

Prior to the Event:

• Classmates database created from list provided by committee
• Research to locate classmates
• Facility and catering - planning and coordination
• DJ or Band - reservation and coordination
• Professionally designed invitations and reminders, including postage
• Promotion of reunion via school, public service announcements, and internet
• Promotion of other scheduled events. Must be communicated to Class Act Reunions 4 months in advance to be included on mailed invitations
• Memory Book
• Easy payment options - cash, check, money order, credit cards, online registration

 

Night of the Event:

• On-site photographer
• Cash Bar
• Nametags with or without graduation yearbook pictures
• Up to 10 award ribbons (Least Changed, Most Changed, Etc)
• Memorabilia table for classmates to bring items to display during the event
• Best of all, we staff check-in the night of Reunion so committee members can be GUESTS at their own Reunion

 

In addition, Class Act Reunions incurs ALL financial responsibility for the reunion so that committee members can relax and enjoy the event.
